St. Clair Medical began in 1989, when Dr. Ira Sabbagh and Dr. Sharon Mitchell joined Dr. Michel Sabbagh's practice. Through patient word of mouth, that small clinic grew into the community anchor it is today, now carried forward by their sons, Dr. David Sabbagh and Dr. Michel Max Sabbagh, alongside a care team of experienced physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
We do far more than a typical office visit. From lab work and imaging to minor surgery, we manage complex, ongoing conditions and handle a remarkably broad range of needs right in our own offices — advanced primary care close to home, without being sent across town for every test.
